If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or service, we are happy to assist with refunds under the following conditions: 1. Digital Game Purchases Refund Eligibility: Digital game purchases can be refunded if requested within 7 days of the transaction, provided the game has not been played for more than 2 hours. If the game has been played for longer than this, refunds will not be granted. Request Process: To request a refund, please submit a support ticket through your PixelPioneers account with proof of purchase. Our team will process your request within 5 business days. 2. Subscriptions (Memberships) Refund Eligibility: Refunds for memberships (e.g., monthly or annual subscriptions) are available if the request is made within 14 days of the initial payment. After this period, refunds will not be issued unless there are exceptional circumstances. Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your membership after the refund window, you will still have access to the benefits until the end of the billing period. No further charges will be applied. 3. In-Game Purchases Refund Eligibility: Refunds for in-game purchases (e.g., virtual currency, skins, or other digital items) are typically not offered unless there was an error in the transaction or an issue caused by PixelPioneers' platform. Request Process: To request a refund for an in-game purchase, please contact customer support within 7 days of the transaction with a description of the issue. 4. Esports Tournament Fees Refund Eligibility: Tournament entry fees are refundable if the event is canceled or postponed. Refunds will not be granted for voluntary withdrawals unless under exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues that prevent participation. Request Process: If a refund is necessary due to a canceled or postponed event, we will process it automatically. For other cases, please reach out to the support team within 5 days of the tournament start. 5. Exceptions Refunds may not be granted under the following circumstances: If the user has violated the terms of service or engaged in fraudulent activity. For pre-order items once the item has been released or accessed. If the request is made after the refund window has passed.
